Each user is invited to create a user account on the 1A3i.com website to purchase licenses, register them, obtain a software access code, manage subscriptions, download invoices and software, participate in the forum etc. A user account to which no one connects for 2 years may be deleted by 1A3i. The associated data will then be lost: name, first name, e-mail, password, settings etc.
The invoice is sent or downloaded in PDF format. Lump sum compensation for recovery costs in case of late payment: 40 €. Our settlement conditions do not provide for early settlement discounts.
The subscription begins on the day of purchase. Subscriptions are automatically renewed. The customer can terminate his subscription free of charge at any time by logging into his user account. Any period started is due in full. 1A3i has the possibility to terminate a subscription, in particular in case of non-payment or incorrect use of the resources made available to the customer.
1A3i reserves the right to change the prices of its products and services.
Electronic delivery: as soon as the payment is validated, the customer receives by e-mail the invoice, the purchased licenses and a download link. The download of the software is possible by logging into the user account on 1A3i.fr, under the heading "Downloads". Customers who have purchased a "lifetime version" or an "update" can download the software within 12 months of purchase. Customers who are subscribers (mensuelement or annuelement) can download the latest version of the software at any time. 1A3i does not charge for electronic delivery. A download generates data consumption that may be charged by some internet service providers.
The software "COMPARE" for Windows comes in the form of an executable: extension file ". exe". After purchase, it must be downloaded and installed on a computer whose operating system is Microsoft Windows (Windows 10 or higher).
The purchase of a software license for Windows allows 1 user to use the software on 1 computer. If 1 user wants to run the software on 2 computers, he must buy 2 licenses. If multiple users want to run the software, they must purchase a license for each. A license comes in the form of a series of 4x4 numbers. When using the software for the first time, the user is prompted to enter the license into the software. If the user wants to move his license from one computer to another, he must launch the software and click "Restore license" before installing the license on the other computer. A license is called "active" if its date of use is not exceeded and if it has not been terminated.
The "lifetime licenses" are valid for 100 years.
"Lifetime license updates" are used to update software for which the customer already has a "lifetime license". The licence shall remain valid for the same period.
The software "COMPARE" for Windows requires that each user registers his license number to obtain his key to access the software via an internet connection. The user must therefore have internet access to activate his license.
1A3i undertakes not to collect any confidential information from the user without his consent. The data collected (name, first name, e-mail etc.) are only used for the normal functioning of 1A3i applications and for their improvement: security, payment, license transmission etc. The user can modify his data by logging into his user account. However, if the user checks "I want to receive information from 1A3i and its partners." , certain data may be transmitted to 1A3i’s business partners (name and email address for example).
1A3i makes a forum available to its customers with at least one active license. A user account is required to access it. This forum is intended for exchanges between users or with 1A3i staff. These exchanges exclusively concern the software and services of 1A3i: use, opinions, suggestions, mutual aid etc. Other topics are banned: politics, religion, sport etc. will not be discussed on this forum. Deleting a user account does not delete messages left on the forum. Forum users must communicate in an intelligible and courteous language, showing respect for people and laws. 1A3i retains the ability to delete or edit forum posts.
To benefit from discounts on their purchases, the user can choose to become a "1A3i Ambassador". For this, it must have a website and put at least a link to "www.1A3i.fr". The user then declares this link in the "Ambassador" section of his MySuperSociete account. After verification of the link by 1A3i (this may take a few days), the user will be entitled to a discount on his next invoice: it will be automatically taken into account in the calculation of the cumulative discount when buying on the "Order" page of the site "www.1A3i.fr". Unless otherwise stated, this discount is cumulative with others within the limit of 34% discount compared to the initial amount of the invoice.
The sponsorship offer allows the "sponsor" and "godchild" to benefit from discounts on their purchases on "www.1A3i.fr". In the "Sponsorship" section of his account, a 1A3i client can become a "sponsor" by indicating the email address of a person he knows and who will buy a license from 1A3i. This person then receives an email telling them what to do. When she makes her purchase on the "Order" page of the site "www.1A3i.fr", she indicates the e-mail address of her "sponsor". She is immediately entitled to a discount on her invoice. After this purchase, the "sponsor" will also be entitled to a discount on his next invoice: it will be automatically taken into account in the calculation of the accumulated discount during the purchase on the "Order" page. Unless otherwise stated, this discount is cumulative with others within the limit of 34% discount compared to the initial amount of the invoice.
During promotional operations, 1A3i may issue discount coupons. These coupons are entitled to a discount on the next purchase made on "www.1A3i.fr". The discount may be different depending on the coupon and its validity period may be limited. The coupon is in the form of a code to be entered on the "Order" page of the site "www.1A3i.fr". Unless otherwise stated, this discount is cumulative with others within the limit of 34% discount compared to the initial amount of the invoice.
The software is provided as is, without any warranty. 1A3i cannot be held liable for any damage whatsoever, direct or indirect, including loss of profits, loss of confidential or confidential information, private or public, interruption of work, personal injury in connection with the appropriate or inappropriate use of the software. 1A3i provides no guarantee of performance, suitability or compatibility with the software and hardware environment in which the software will be used.
